Intern Eco-Community Manager Program

Our Intern Community Manager Program is a way for ecologically-minded people to gain experience working in the hospitality and tourism industry in the tropical paradise of Hawaii.

Interns will gain experience in community management, basic accounting, sustainable living, permaculture, entrepreneurship, conscious capitalism and many other areas. Internships can last as from a couple months up to a year.

The goal of this program is for Interns to gain a wide array of experiences and immersive education while working and living with people from America and around the world.

This payment is for a 3-week training program. It includes rustic jungle style lodgings and a complete training in how to manage the Hedonisia community.

After, you are reviewed, and if you pass you can then continue to stay on as an Intern Eco-Community Manager with a two-day workweek that 'pays' for your lodgings.

This gives you 5 days a week off to enjoy the island, get a second job or work on your EcoFeminist or Activist Entrepreneur businesss project!

Ideally interns should leave with a clearer idea of what they want to do in their life to make a living and to make the world a better place :)

That is the end goal of our Intern Manager Program; to create idealistic entreprneurs who make a living by making a difference!
