Vía Orgánica is a Mexican nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote healthy eating through organic regenerative agriculture, fair trade, a healthy lifestyle and protecting the planet. Vía Orgánica has a store & restaurant in downtown San Miguel de Allende and an ecological ranch. 

The Vía Orgánica Ecological Ranch was established in 2012 and it is an educational model in organic and regenerative agriculture and sustainable living. The ranch is a training and networking center for farmers, families, and activists.
