Devote eight days to deepen your practice of mindfulness and to bring renewal and rejuvenation to your personal and professional life. You will spend your time in connection with nature, changing your environment from the daily routine, reducing stress, developing strong human connections and communication, exploring self-expression through a variety of workshops.

It can be challenging to take a step back from being constantly busy but rest is integral for productivity. Part of our method is to give you 2 days of silence and solitude in nature combined with a sacred temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony by a local Brazilian shaman to fully immerse our participants into ancient practices from South America.

Through the combination of different activities and practices, we hold the space for you to check in with yourself, rediscover your sense of inner clarity and cultivate overall balance. We live on a mountain by the ocean in a community, offering a place that is grounded in simplicity.

Program.

Morning Meditation 7:00am

Open the day in a relaxed way and connect with yourself in silence. A guided mindfulness meditation to focus the mind, re-center and build healthy habits.

Morning Movement 7:30am
Yoga, hike, or capoeira 

Sea Swim 8:30am
Refresh and rejuvenate with a dip in the ocean

Breakfast 9:00am
A delicious nutritious breakfast to start the day right

Morning Workshop 10:00am
Dive deep into your mind and explore a variety of workshops which allow you to exercise and practice mindfulness tools and techniques. Example workshops include, Listening To Your Inner Voice, Working With The Subconscious Mind, Human Connection, and more

Lunch 1:00pm
A healthy and varied lunch to enjoy all together with extra time to nap or relax

Afternoon Activity 3:00pm
Further explore mindfulness through a variety of mindfulness-based activities and exercises. This could include art, music, dance, expression, relaxation and psychology workshops

Free Time 5:00pm
Time for yourself to relax, process and reflect

Dinner 7:00pm
A time to regroup as a family and share a tasty meal lovingly prepared by our kitchen team. Sometimes we have a music circle or a Brazilian dance party

Night Routine 9:00pm
Journaling quiet time, summarizing the day, getting ready for a good night’s sleep
