Five acres in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California.

Living off grid and am looking to become fully self sustainable. 

There is room here for one or two work trade residents. Ideally I would like to have two full time work traders. There is lots of space to hold workshops and if I had the right crew there is so much potential for self sustainability!

Work traders will engage in and learn a myriad of off-grid and self sufficiency skills. I let nothing go to waste and build using materials from the property. I have beautiful clay soil for cob building and a wood mill for turning fire prevention into lumber! 

Camping is available for travelers $10 per night per person, 3 persons max.

No partying, no drugs, no alcohol. This is a spiritual space. We are plant medicine friendly. Quiet and fairly secluded with easy access to stores and restaurants via car.
