Since 1975, our intimate learning sanctuary outside of Helena, Montana has been the tranquil setting for celebrated teachers helping ordinary people awaken to their extraordinary potential. Luminaries including Joseph Campbell, Lilias Folan, Dr. Andrew Weil, Angela Farmer, Judith Hanson Lasater, Erich Schiffmann, and Seane Corn are just a handful of the celebrated teachers who share their gifts at the Feathered Pipe.

Born out of the ancient and life-sustaining traditions of India and Native America, we continue to inspire and support today’s generation of spiritual seekers and teachers here at North America’s oldest non-guru-based retreat center. Our award-winning programs and educational initiatives equip people from all ages, backgrounds and walks of life to take tangible action that improves lives, businesses, and communities worldwide.

The Ranch is also the ideal setting for a wedding or other special occasion.
