Introducing KoHabitat Samui
boutique hostel, shared living space, café & coworking space
The first of its kind on the island, we created KoHabitat as a modest social enterprise hub where people can cultivate moments and new relationship through the art of sharing.
More than just bed to sleep in, the ultimate goal of our space is to offer a home away from home experience for travelers, a new generation of professionals and wanderers alike.
We are small, cozy, eco-conscious and clean. A simple formula that has earned us very good reviews and ratings from our previous and returning guests.
We look forward to welcoming you to our island home!
COLIVING SPACE / HOSTEL
Think of it as staying at a comfort of your friend’s house. We created a very casual vibe here, where interacting with one another isn’t awkward. We are a team of Samui locals who love the community. Toni, the host and founder of KoHabitat has been in the hospitality industry for many years and have always dreamed of creating a sweet little spot that hits the facilities of a boutique hostel, with stylish and sophisticated amenities–yet affordable for all travelers looking for short term or long term shared-accommodation.
Originally a commercial building, we remodeled this place into a shared living space with a communal kitchen, living room, and a workspace equipped with fast wi-fi. The house is located in the middle of a great neighborhood, 5 minutes away from Bophut beach, and the charming Fishermans’ Village. There is a total of 12 tailor-made beds with individual curtains provided for privacy. The mattresses are bigger than those you find in standard bunk beds. We also provide clean sheets, comfy pillows, blankets, and towel during your stay. Each bed has an individual reading light and a power plug where you can charge your phone or laptop.
