About.
The Ashram del Bosque de Niebla is a space to share, cultivate, develop, research and explore any initiative, method, school, technology or knowledge that helps to develop healthier and more conscious people, both personally and socially, as well as In our relationship with nature, to generate awareness and concrete actions to reverse the climate change process.
Yoga and ecology are two guiding axes of our work, both as sciences of balance. Personal, physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual balance, as well as harmonic balance in our relationships with others and with the planet where we live. We care and restore permanently a forest of 100 hectares, with thousands of species of flora and fauna and two rivers.
We are neighbors and brothers of the Las Cañadas project (www.bosquedeniebla.com.mx)
