Acerca de

Bonzo is a traditional soba restaurant in Seaside Kamakura.  

Making soba by hand takes time, but I'm so happy to keep this almost-lost art alive.

 People seem to love eating my food, because I got a Michelin star, three years in a row.  I've started a small Permaculture garden, and have accommodation for my wonderful helpers and apprentices upstairs.  

Sometimes we have live music events and other parties here, and this makes my community wonderful.
