About.
We are an non-governmental organisation in Guatemala welcoming international interns, which is part of how we finance the services we provide to primarily very low income indigenous women. We have a policy to offer care to all women who come to us. This means that we do not turn away a client, even if they do not have the money for their appointment.
Our intern program has been functioning for almost twenty years and we have given over 100 students an insight into midwifery and women's healthcare within the guatemalan culture.
