You follow a road through 4 hectares of wild woodland and pass under the stone arc of the gateway where bird song welcomes you to the gardens of the Permaculture Gem. Château Lassalle Brimont is to be the first site of the Conscious Gems destination grid. French elegance, a touch of old and a sense of new surround the Chateau.

Situated in the vegetable basket of Toulouse and Bordeaux the Chateau is perfectly placed to become an abundant site, drawing on all the rich traditions, recipes and produce of the region, famous for its plums and the Armanac spirit.

It sits around 10 km from the Camino trail in a region likened to Tuscany for its beauty, a flowing landscape studded with cypress trees.

What we eat, what we drink and what we learn come directly from the local land. We will share food and baking bread and see what remedies we can create from local botanicals.

We invite you to bring any gifts you have to share, music, play, practice and craft so that we can weave together a fabric of enrichment and fun. Personal work and projects will be supported and given space as we work together on establishing this idyllic chateau to be the first Location. The goal is its purchase with a stake for each member and investment that supports social innovation so that it becomes a permanently loved and available destination for activation.
