Friskoven

Friskoven is a very newly started eco-village on the Danish island Bornholm in the Baltic Sea. We bought the property, which is an old school on 12 hectares of land in the forest, in December 2018. The buildings are in very poor shape and needs heavy renovation. Our wish is to create living spaces for 10 families or more, plus big communal kitchen, workshops, café, concert hall and much more in the buildings. We want to create a village where dreams are possible. A village in the forest, where we grow our own food and take care of each other and the land.
