We are a wellness retreat center located on the southern pacific coast of Costa Rica. We design and support programs for transformational healing, personal development, and spiritual growth. Our programs emphasize traditional holistic health practices, supportive integration, mental health, and immersive experiences in nature.

Our programs are designed by highly experienced healers and facilitators supported by mental health professionals to create a nurturing container of safety and non-judgement.
