Gaia hot springs are located in San Cristobal del Norte, a very small town found on the mountains of San Jose... Natural thermal waters flow into the pools providing the ultimate peaceful setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Rich in minerals, these waters are considered to have endless health benefits. Gaia Hot springs also has a yoga shala and offers many holistic therapies. If you're looking for massages, acupressure or Watsu, look no further, your journey to deep relaxation starts here!

All meals are healthy, wholesome food (most of it farm-fresh directly picked on site). 

A wide array of superfoods is also available for sale on site including their own organic green coffee and Ganoderma mushroom.
