Before either party commits to a work trade, the work trade (skilled volunteer) applicant must first complete and submit the Intern/Volunteer Questionnaire form so our questions we have of the work trade candidate are answered and the applicant has the opportunity to submit questions to us. Please allow up to three days for us to review the questionnaire and contact you to schedule an interview via Skype for video conferencing so both parties can get all their follow-up questions answered and get to know each other better before deciding to do the work trade. If at any time during the work trade we suspect the work trade applicant has misrepresented their skills, we reserve the right to require compensation for the additional time spent in training the volunteer (i.e, their stay would be considered a Self-Sufficiency internship not a work trade).
