About.

Join us for 4 days of Feminine Empowerment and Yoga on beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. We are honored to share this experience with you.

This retreat is designed for YOU,  to leave you feeling inspired and liberated as we safely dismantle female archetypes and learn tools to recognize your unique purpose and reclaim your power as a woman!

Shifting from competition to collaboration, we will learn how to combine our strengths to create a world where we can COME TOGETHER, right now.

We will gather for daily yoga, meditation, ceremonies, workshops, art and dance as we explore wellness, expansion and connection.

Come create magic with us, in the forest on a lake- where every moment is lived as a miracle!

Program.

Wake up in a forest with surrounding views of the serene lake as the fresh breeze sweeps across your face and the smell of earth draws you out of bed with a smile. Gathered with a global group of sisters, we'll start each morning with a revitalizing yoga practice perched on a mountainside looking down on magical volcanoes. Breakfast is a fresh & locally prepared community vegan meal. Each day will have 2 self-empowerment workshops, giving you tools to step into your divinity. The afternoon is open for you to enjoy lunch tucked away among the forest trees, use downtime to relax on a lake view deck or journey down into the town of San Marcos for meals, shopping, bodywork and more! The evening Yoga practice will position us perfectly for some of the most stunning sunsets you'll ever witness and will be followed by a delicious communal vegan dinner. We'll celebrate each other into the night with ceremonies and Ecstatic Dance.

About the facilitators:

Kate & Steph have been besties for 8 years, having met as solo female travelers backpacking through Europe. They now both reside in San Francisco, CA and together they share a common dream of supporting women stepping deeper into their passion and art by holding space for community reflection. They host monthly Moon Ceremonies in San Francisco and share a book club for Artist's Way.

KATE is a community leader whose passion lies within Women's Empowerment work. She's been facilitating circles under the moon's guidance for over 3 years and is a lifelong student to Astrology, Fertility Awareness & Women's Spirituality/ Mindfulness. As a Doula and Coach, Kate leads a 3-month Leadership Training Program focused on gender activism and serves as the Executive Director of a local Social Justice/ Holistic Healing non-profit- Holistic Underground. She holds a vision for the world where everyone finds their unique contributions by using the moon as a guide and an ally to a journey of awareness from within.

STEPH invites women to do what they think they cannot. With a background in Women's Empowerment through physical fitness, yoga and personal training, Steph is guided to support women coming home to themselves- on & off the mat. She relocated to the Bay Area after completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua and living & teaching in Costa Rica. Show now offers classes at a local yoga studio, guides women in Astrological Yoga Flow and serves as the Wellness Director for a local San Francisco Elementary School. Her gentle (yet fierce!) approach invites all beings to move with the natural rhythms of their body and find their strength by knocking down mental limitations keeping them from reaching the goals they truly desire.
