These inner processes will be enhanced and supported through: meditations, awareness practices, art therapy, psychodrama, rituals, nature walk, rebirthing, dance, journaling..

Program.

The activities will be gently built on to one another. There will be enough time in between the group sessions to integrate and process your individual experiences. As the days pass by, we will provide sufficient time for you to gradually sink more and more into ‘being”, and connecting from inner silence.

Immersing yourself for 10 days (Recharge), to this unique combination of healing modalities (Reset your story) and spirituality (accepting what IS) creates a container for deep transformation (Rebirth).

Facilitators

This retreat will be facilitated by Mieke Vander Heyden (Belgium, 1982). She is a certified Integrative Psychotherapist, specialized in Dance & Movement Therapy, Psychodrama, Art Therapy, Laughter Yoga, Trance Dance Ritual and much more. Traveling the world, she facilitates retreats, workshops and social artistic projects that focus on self-exploration, empowerment, connection and lasting transformation. Hereby she integrates all the disciplines she has embodied and facilitates in a soft and loving way.

She will be assisted by Suzen Caring (USA, 1955), who is a certified Leonard Orr rebirther/medicine wheel facilitator/spiritual guide with a BA in Sociology specializing in Communications. She has extensive experience in emotional clearing practices and has worked personally with Marshall Rosenberg (Non-Violent Communication) and John Bradshaw (Healing the Shame That Binds You). She is an excellent guide in helping others to see the self-limiting beliefs that hold them back from full expression.
