About.
BEarth is a co-creation that combines the passion for movement with a constant search for cultivating awareness.
In the exploration of different movement practices , we realised that through movement itself we can more easily access a deep state of meditation, dive into the present moment, where the thinking mind releases control and our Higher Self emerges.
Inspired by this realisation, we created an environment that will allow you to access that state of being, to fully immerse yourself in the now.
Conscious and creative movement, healthy nutritious meals and living embraced by our Mother Nature here in Finca Morpho, surrounded by birds, monkeys and other creatures, become our most precious tools for this inward journey to heightened awareness.
Program.
The arrival on the 12 and departure on the 24 is optional and free of charge but the meals on those days are not included. This choice is to provide a solution for those of you that will use public transportation to reach us because buses arrive at night and leave early in the morning before breakfast.
Meals
From the 13 and until the 23 included, all 3 daily meals plus extra snacks will be prepared by our chef and core member of the community, with fresh produce which of 70% at least, grown in the peninsula. The menu will be mainly vegetarian (eggs but no dairy), with a variety of nuts and seeds, local organic fruits and veggies, organic grains, and occasionally local fish. Possibility of vegan and gluten free or other allergens upon request.
Accomodation
The sleeping spaces are 2 person shared “glamping” tent, which means a round tent with the dimensions of a small room including a floor, with 2 single beds including sheets and pillows, or the possibility of a double bed upon request. A small coffee table and a fan will be provided too.
Bathrooms/Facilities
There are different showers on the farm, both private/closed and open air.
The toilets are all dry compost toilets situated in different areas, which means that liquids preferably stay outside, best near banana or palm trees.
Schedule
The first day, 13, you’ll have the time to settle in, get familiar with the space, or take a walk on the beach and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. We’ll have a farm tour and proper orientation sometime in the afternoon according to the time of arrival of the majority.
Workshops will start on the 14, and there will be three sections each day, before breakfast, between breakfast and lunch and before dinner each day until the 22 included, with a free/external activity day on the 18.
The last day, 23 we’ll have an ecstatic/caco dance in the morning, and then we’ll take it easy, maybe go for a swim, a blue clay bath at the beach or a kayak ride or even surfing if you are familiar and if the weather permits. The farm is situated on the beach and there’s a point break right in front of the property! There are waterfalls nearby in walking distance which you can explore and have a cool refreshing dive.
We really want to provide with this experience the time and space for you to connect deeply with yourself and with the environment, and to flow with the possibilities that each moment will present. All activities proposed, as well as breaks are though for you to have this experience. We highly encourage participation and commitment and we value personal responsibility.
The Environment
We are in the tropics in dry season, which means hot and humid. It’s the season with the least mosquitos or other bugs, but still, bring you eco friendly bug spray, or purchase one onsite (locally made!). We are in the middle of the jungle with many sounds all day and night long. Sometimes the howler monkeys wake us up at 4:30 and macaws scream while we try to take a nap after lunch, or crabs make creepy sounds walking on the dry leaves during night, but it’s all part of our toolset for self awareness!
Also some very sweet dogs hang around sometimes, and 2 cats, but probably you’ll never see the cats wandering at daytime.
