Very beginning stages. Working on grants and funding for building materials and labor to offer living spaces and construct retreat center. Have a homestead built now off grid. Need to implement water system to cisterns with filtration. There are 3 acres bordering national forest with many biking hiking trails. It’s 7 miles uphill off road to commute to that can be shuttled during accommodating seasons. Want to co op with others for trade and recruiting.
