About.

Earthen Heart has been evolving since 2001, as an initiative to convert a single family homestead into a community homestead.  As such it is an act based in a specific rural setting of Southwest Michigan, and connected with global efforts of similar healing and eco-shifting principles.

Work-Stay at Earthen Heart

Minimum stay: 1 nightsMaximum capacity: 12 people

There are many places you can stay. In the main house, out-buidling, pop-up trailer, bring a camper, tent, etc. You are asked to give 2-4 hours of input into the community in exchange for a place to stay and some food. The more you put in, the more you get in return. This is a flex point that can be discussed. We have all the amenities in terms of wi-fi, showers, etc. in our community space in the main house and some amenities in the outbuilding as well.
