About.

Ängsbacka is a Course and Festival Center for personal and spiritual growth, located amidst the beautiful forests & lakes of Värmland, in Sweden. Since 1997 thousands of people have travelled from all over the world to experience its magic, warm, open and loving atmosphere.

We host 10 festivals per year, and many courses too, in the fields of personal development such as tantra, yoga, dance, shamanism, self-actualization & self-realization, meditation, mindfulness, coaching, etc.

This Summer we are awake and alive, proud to keep sharing our magic in the form of our 6 magnificent ‘Conscious Camping’ expereinces!

We would love to welcome you to Ängsbacka, whether taking part as participant, or supporting us as a volunteer amongst the community.

As a volunteer, you are part of an international and spiritual working community. Together we form the tribe ensuring the daily and weekly tasks of running the centre as well as being in presence and holding space for the transformative field that makes Ängsbacka unique - for ourselves and for hundreds of participants that join our courses and festivals each year.

Being part of this beautiful inner circle is often experienced as deeply connecting to oneself and others - feeling truly seen, accepted and loved. The working community supports you with a weekly structure of core practices and you are well supported by your working team and coordinator.

12 guidelines encourages practices such as authentic & openhearted communication, self-awareness, personal growth and presence. Your experience is also supported by a rich program of activities: yoga, sauna-evenings, meditation, dance, art & creative workshops, spiritual workshops, movie nights, women/men circles, open stages, etc.

Welcome home to yourself and also to be part of something bigger. We grow together.
