Visit us in Mexico! Hridaya Yoga’s international headquarters is located in beautiful Mazunte, Oaxaca. Mazunte is a small, friendly village on the Oaxacan Coast. Our center sits atop an attractive hill with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. Our four yoga halls and our newly-constructed, sustainably-built accommodations offer an atmosphere of serenity and simple luxury.

The Hridaya Yoga Center offers daily meditations, drop-in classes, Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreats, month-long yoga courses, workshops, and an annual Teacher Training Course.
