Welcome to An Tionól Cottage, this is an irish name for a place of encounters or meeting place. Home of Nick & Marta and their children for the past 13 years. We live also in a small intentional community with other 3 families Derreen Co-op where we unschool our children together
An Tionól is a family run project with many people participating at different times and for different projects
We grow as much as we can for our own consumption and cook with love and consciousness on our retreats. Nick is the Vegetable grower and brings abundance to the kitchen all year around, he Coordinates Green Spiral with Marta.
Marta is a plant healer and medicine woman, she grows and makes her own plant healing medicine. She also has an open door for those who need support and need to reconnect with their soul on their healing process, holding space in their journey.
We run retreats on Meditation, Non Violent Communication, Home of Green Spiral a project for respectful living and growing for families in English, Soul Painting retreats; soul retrieval and plant healing medicine.
