Small groups, loving medicine and experienced, humble healers.Alma Healing Center offers individuals and groups an exclusive, safe and authentic Ayahuasca retreats in Ecuador, among other plant medicine retreats, to experience the healing power of ancestral master plants.We offer 4-day ayahuasca retreats on a monthly basis (check almahealingcenter.com for upcoming dates) at our offgrid rainforest location near Mindo, Ecuador, as well as monthly overnight ayahuasca ceremonies closer to Quito, Ecuador.
We also offer private retreat options for groups of 4 or more. This is ideal for friend groups and families.
Every year, we also offer a 7-day women's healing retreat with special guests from indigenous communities, workshops and lots of time offgrid in nature to detox from our daily habits.
Participants of our plant medicine retreats must adhere to dietary guidelines leading up to the retreat.
Our ayahuasca ceremonies and retreats are led by female mestizo healers with other 25 years of experience with plant medicines. English translation is always available. During our women retreats, we invite other female shamans from indigenous communities.
Our retreats are open to people of all backgrounds and identities, especially solo female travelers that may struggle to find safe and authentic ayahuasca retreat venues, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. That said, men are very much welcome as well!

Ayahuasca Ceremony near Quito (Overnight) with Alma Healing Center
Duration: 2 days, 1 night
Location: Pintag, near Quito, Ecuador (approximately 45 minutes from Quito and 40 minutes from Quito International Airport)
Overview: Our monthly overnight, or 2-day ayahuasca retreats, offer a more affordable and time-efficient option for those who can't commit to longer retreats. This authentic experience provides a safe and inclusive space to connect with the sacred medicine of ayahuasca for greater introspection and healing.

Rapé (tobacco snuff) circle before the ceremony

Important Notes:
This retreat often includes more Ecuadorians and residents than foreigners, providing a very authentic experience.
The ceremony space is a comfortable indoor space with a fireplace
Since Quito is in the Andes, temperatures drop significantly at night - warm clothing is essential.
The ayahuasca ceremony is open to people not in the retreat, so participant numbers may increase.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the retreat to take place.
Additional night's accommodation is available near the retreat location for $35 per person (includes breakfast).
Transportation is not included in the retreat price.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, with special encouragement for solo female travelers and LGBTQ+ individuals.
