About.

We are a fairly new farm and school for sustainable living located in the hills of Costa Rica. We also offer workshops and apprenticeships specifically in natural building, and generally in permaculture.

As we expand, we will be adding personal wellness workshops (IE: Yoga), classes and activities as well. Our goal is to be an overall learning center for sustainability, healing, and wellness. Earth care is self care so we are building a healing space for both us and the planet.

We've got a stream running through the property where people can relax in the water, beautiful views, power, internet, and lots more.

Come learn and heal with us!

We currently offer apprenticeships in natural building, have a volunteer (work-trade) program will have more classes and apprenticeships coming in permaculture as well.

Paid volunteering

Maximum capacity: 5 people
Food included
We charge a daily volunteer rate for now. The rate we charge for this stay is only intended to cover costs! We've got wifi and a hot shower... food is included and we try to ensure anything we get from markets is organic.

We need lots of help and the work ranges from working in the greenhouse, to clearing weeds and grass, to helping with various aspects of construction on structures for our classes and school... or just cleaning and hanging with chickens.

We offer full apprenticeships for those who really want to learn natural building and permaculture but we are a school and we still teach volunteers and try to gear the experience towards the volunteer as much as possible. Come learn with us!
